The contract entails the responsibility of providing compliance consulting, training, and overseeing the collection and review of compliance documents for EU RoHS and EU REACH regulations.

ComplianceXL has developed a robust compliance management strategy that includes consulting and advisory support on global product and material compliance landscape, compliance documentation, training as well as support for the product lifecycle management.
This engagement starts with assessing the client’s compliance status and reviewing their entire supply chain to analyse gaps and provide guidance in accordance with EU RoHS and REACH regulations.
As part of a supplier engagement program, ComplianceXL intends to collect and validate supplier codes of conduct and update compliance documents related to EU ROHS, and EU-REACH compliance for all items in the client’s BOM database.
Further, followed by reviewing the parts database to identify duplicate parts and ensure that the right metadata is associated with each part. Supplier compliance documents are also collected through a vendor engagement program. As part of the program, suppliers undergo product compliance training and data reporting. This training program helps all the stakeholders to understand critical requirements as per applicable regulations.
